Overview
This week our team worked to complete our beta presentation. I worked on creating some transitions between our scenes, polished up some of the features that I worked on before, and recorded the demonstration for our beta presentation.
Challenges
The main challenge this week was combing scenes and fine tuning transition effects. This required adjusting a lot of code that had been created in relative isolation. I also needed to find ways to make the code reusable, allowing for the code that switches between scenes to be reused across all of our scenes.
Successes
I think that overall, our beta presentation turned out great! While there is still work to be done, primarily in creating VR-specific versions of key features, our team was able to pull together a demo that includes rough versions of the scenes we plan to implement, giving a solid look into the direction the project is going.

Moving forward, I'll need to work to iron out some of the features created for beta as well as fleshing some features out.
